A Message from our President

Greetings!  It is with great humility and honor that I greet you as the incoming president of the Lancaster (PA) Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.  I was initiated into this chapter in 1997 and have served in many leadership positions over the years.  This is my second time being president and many things have changed since I held this role in 2004.  There is an increased sense of accountability and use of technology.  I am excited to lead this chapter of committed and dedicated college educated women who always strive to work for the betterment of our community.  In nearly 50 years of existence in the Lancaster community,  the Lancaster (PA) Chapter has forged a legacy of excellence in educational, financial and social endeavors.  I invite you to join us as we engage the Lancaster County and Oxford communities in various ways.  We have programming that engages students in achieving academic excellence, assists adults in becoming more financially savvy, and brings the community together for entertaining social events.  We look forward to partnering with other Greek organizations and the community at large to create an atmosphere of respect, responsibility, and pride.  Join us and thanks for the opportunity to serve the community.
